I believe that every human is unique and fundamentally good, complex, messy, and beautiful, and has the potential to harm and heal.

How I Work

I strive to understand my clients holistically and create a relationship that is built on safety, trust, collaboration, and hope. I have a warm and earnest approach.

Together we will pay close attention to the relationships of your past, how those relationships shaped you, and how those patterns are playing out in the present.

We will be mindful of your inner world, thinking patterns, and the stories we’ve learned to tell ourselves, explore the meanings given to stories and explore new ways of being and relating.

I believe that therapy is a journey of discovery, an unfolding of who we are in our relationship with ourselves and others. We are all worthy of love, respect, repair, and living a life that is blessed for who they/we are.

I am a Shelterwood Collective and Center of Object Relations, member. I consistently consult with supervisors and clinical groups and pursue trauma-informed education and learning.
